Whose data do we process?

We process data of individuals:

  • Providing consent for contact and presentation of an offer.

We process personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), and with the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data.

  • Fulfillment of a contract or undertaking actions at the request of the data subject before the contract is concluded (Article 6 Paragraph 1(b) GDPR).

  • Handling complaints and grievances (Article 6 Paragraph 1(b) GDPR).

  • Handling inquiries related to service execution (Article 6 Paragraph 1(f) GDPR).

  • Storing documentation for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims (Article 6 Paragraph 1(f) GDPR).

  • Storing documentation for tax accounting and fulfilling legal obligations (Article 6 Paragraph 1(c) GDPR).

Consent is voluntary. It can be withdrawn at any time.

We do not transfer, sell, or lend collected data. The recipients of the data can only be authorized employees or our collaborators.

If an individual has given consent for data processing, the data are processed until the consent is withdrawn or within another period expressly indicated at the consent stage.
